Data Display & Reporting Issues

Q: Why isn't ClickSambo logging any clicks?

A: If you're not seeing click data in your dashboard, it's typically due to a configuration step that needs adjustment. Please review this checklist of the most common causes:

Website Tracking Codes (Two Parts)

Our tracking system uses two codes for maximum accuracy. Please verify both are correctly installed on every page of your website:

JavaScript Code: Is the primary script installed high up within the <head> section

NoScript Code: Is the fallback code installed immediately after the opening <body> tag

Google Ads Tracking Template

Have you properly applied the ClickSambo tracking template to the relevant campaigns inside your Google Ads account? This is essential for linking ad clicks to our platform.

Active Account Connection

Navigate to Account Settings > Connections. Does your Google Ads account show an 'Active' and healthy connection status?

Live Ad Traffic

Confirm that your Google Ads campaigns are active and have actually sent traffic to your landing pages since you completed the ClickSambo setup.

Domain Setup Check

that your website domain is correctly configured and marked as 'Active' in your ClickSambo dashboard under Account Settings > Domain Tracking Setup.

If you have verified all these points and clicks are still not being logged, please contact our support team for direct assistance. We'll help you get it sorted out.
