Account: Your unique account on the ClickSambo platform, accessible with your username and password.
Click: A single instance of a user clicking on an online advertisement.
Click Fraud: Malicious activity where individuals or bots generate fraudulent clicks on ads to inflate advertiser costs.
ClickSambo: ClickSambo OÜ., owner and operator of the Service.
Client Code: The ClickSambo software code installed on your website(s) to monitor click activity.
Reports: Information and data generated by ClickSambo, showing detected click fraud and other metrics.
Service: ClickSambo's click fraud detection and prevention software, accessible from ClickSambo's website.
Website: The webpage(s) you own or control where the Client Code is installed.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, user agents, and other data collected through the Client Code that may indirectly or directly identify a user.
Data Controller: ClickSambo OÜ, responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
Data Processor: You, as the user of the ClickSambo Service, acting on behalf of the Data Controller.
You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, particularly the GDPR (if applicable), regarding your own use and processing of Personal Data obtained via the ClickSambo Service.
Registration: You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ClickSambo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Unauthorized Use: You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws.
Termination: ClickSambo reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
∗License: ClickSambo grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service and Client Code solely for your own websites.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or Client Code.
∗Data Ownership: You retain ownership of any data you upload or associate with your ClickSambo account, however ClickSambo may process, store, and utilise your data as outlined in this Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy.
ClickSambo's processing of data is limited to the provision of the Service.
∗Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
Specific payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and acceptable payment methods, will be detailed separately at the point of purchase or during the registration process.
All charges will appear on your credit card statement as ClickSambo.
Refunds: ClickSambo reserves the right to implement a refund policy which will be detailed separately at the point of purchase.
Instructions for cancelling your subscription will be provided separately in the account settings and or during the purchase process.
If you use the Service on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the third party complies with these Terms.
ClickSambo retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service without ClickSambo’s written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ClickSambo is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to click fraud not detected or prevented by the software.
ClickSambo’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

By using this website, you agree that the laws of Estonia without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ClickSambo.
ClickSambo may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
