Managing Your Domain Package

The Package section of your account shows the service plans active on your domains and lets you change them.

You can find it under Account Settings > Package.

Finding Your Package Information

1. Log in to your ClickSambo account.

2. Go to Account Settings.

3. Select Package from the left-hand menu.

A table lists all your domains. For each domain, you can see:

Updating Your Subscription

To change a subscription, click the Update button next to the domain.

Whether you are on a free trial or a paid plan, you can change your subscription at any time.

Free trial users

During your free trial, you can switch between plans or billing cycles (Monthly/Yearly) at no cost: go to Account Settings > Package, click Update, select the plan you want and click Confirm. The change applies instantly.

Note: Changing your plan during the trial does not extend or change the end date of your trial.

Paid subscribers

For paid plans, both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.

Upgrading your plan (a higher plan, a higher traffic limit, or moving from monthly to yearly billing):

1. Go to Account Settings > Package and click Update next to your domain.

2. Select the higher plan or traffic limit.

3. On the confirmation page, choose your payment method (a saved card or a new one).

4. Review the one-time, prorated charge for the upgrade.

5. Confirm the payment. Your new plan is activated instantly.

Downgrading your plan (a lower plan or a lower traffic limit):

1. Go to Account Settings > Package and click Update.

2. Select the lower plan or traffic limit.

3. Review the summary showing the account credit for the unused time on your old plan.

4. Click Confirm. Your plan is downgraded immediately.

How billing and access work

Upgrades: You pay a one-time, prorated amount for the difference and get the new features right away. Your next renewal is charged at the new plan's full price.

Downgrades: Your plan switches to the lower tier as soon as you confirm, and higher-tier features are no longer available. The unused, prepaid part of your old plan is added to your account balance as credit and used for future invoices. Your next renewal is charged at the new, lower price.
