Deleting Your ClickSambo Account

To permanently delete your ClickSambo account and all its data, send a request by email to our support team.

Only want to stop paying? You can cancel your plan instead. It stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Step 1: Send Your Deletion Request

Email [email protected] and include:

• Full name: the account holder's name

• Account email: the email address of your ClickSambo account

• Domain(s): the domains you protect with ClickSambo

• Reason (optional): your feedback helps us improve

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

Our support team processes your request and sends you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, usually within 2 business days.

Important: This Action Is Permanent

Deleting your account permanently removes all your domains, settings and historical data. This cannot be undone, so export any reports or data you want to keep before you send your request.
