How to Whitelist an IP Address to Prevent Blocking

The Trusted IP Whitelist feature ensures that specific IP addresses you know are legitimate will never be blocked by ClickSambo's automated fraud protection system.

This is commonly used to guarantee access for your own office IP, the IPs of remote team members, or those of your trusted marketing partners.

How to Add an IP to Your Whitelist

Log in to your ClickSambo account.

Navigate to Account Settings from the main menu.

Find the section labeled Trusted IP Whitelist.

Enter the IP address you want to protect into the field and click the "Add" or "+" button.

Repeat the process for any other IPs you wish to add.

Be sure to Save your changes.

Important Information

Whitelist Priority: Any IP address added to this list is given the highest priority and will be exempt from our automated blocking rules, regardless of its Bot Probability or on-site behavior.

List Limit: Please note that your whitelist can contain a maximum of 100 IP addresses.

Using the whitelist gives you an extra layer of control to fine-tune your protection and ensure a seamless experience for your team and trusted partners.
