How to Reset a Forgotten Password

You can reset your password yourself from the login page.

1. On the login page, click I forgot my password.

2. Enter your registered email address and click Send Code.

3. Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click Verify Code. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or wait until the timer ends to request a new one.

4. Enter a new password that has at least 10 characters, including at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character (for example, !@#$%^*).

5. Enter the password again in Repeat Password and click Update Password.

6. When you see the confirmation screen, return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

You can also reset your password while signed in, from Account Settings > Profile. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact [email protected] and include your full name, account email and protected domain(s).
