If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to your ClickSambo account, you can now reset it instantly using our self-service dashboard.
Navigate to Login: Go to the login page and click the "I forgot my password" link.
Enter Your Email: Type your registered email address in the Email Address field and click Send Code.
Check Your Inbox: A notification will appear confirming that a reset code has been sent to your email address.
Verify the Code: Enter the 6-digit code received in your email into the verification field. If you do not receive the code, wait for the timer to expire to request a new one.
Click Verify Code.
Create Your New Password: Enter a new password that meets all of the following security requirements:
At least 10 characters, 1 lowercase letter (a-z), 1 uppercase letter (A-Z), 1 number (0-9), 1 special character (!@#$%^*).
Finalize: Type your new password again in the Repeat Password field and click Update Password.
Confirmation: Once successful, you will see a "Reset password confirmation" screen. You can then click the link provided to return to the login page and access your account.
