You can change your ClickSambo password at any time in your account settings. For your security, the process involves a three-step verification using a unique code sent to your registered email address.
Log in to your ClickSambo dashboard.
Click on Settings in the top navigation bar. From the "Account Settings" menu on the left, make sure the Profile tab is selected.
Find the "Password Change" section at the top of the page.
Click the Forgot Password button.
Confirm and Send the Verification Code
A "Password Reset" pop-up window will appear, displaying your partially masked email address for confirmation.
Click the Send Code button. This will trigger a secure email containing a verification code to your inbox.
Check your email (including your spam/junk folder) for the code from ClickSambo.
Enter the code into the field provided in the pop-up window and proceed to the next step.
In the final step, you will be prompted to enter and confirm your new, secure password.
Save your changes to complete the process.
Security Note: This multi-step email verification is a security measure to ensure that only the true owner of the account can change the password. You will not be required to enter your old password.
