Managing Your Domain Package

The Package Information section of your account provides details about the service plans active on your domains and allows you to make changes.

The Package Information section in your Account Settings shows the details of your service plans and lets you make changes to your subscriptions.

Finding Your Package Information

Log in to your account.

Go to Account Settings.

Select Package from the left-hand menu.

You will see a table listing all your domains. For each domain, you can view the following:

Domain: The domain name.

Domain Plan: The current plan for that domain (e.g., Starter, Protection).

Traffic Type: The traffic included with your plan (e.g., 10K, 50K).

Card Information: The payment card on file for the subscription.

Updating Your Subscription

To manage a specific subscription, click the Update button next to the domain.

Whether you are in a trial period or have a paid plan, you can easily modify your subscription. This guide explains how to change your plan and what to expect.

For Free Trial Users

During your free trial, you have the flexibility to switch between any service plan or billing cycle (Monthly/Annual) at no cost.

How to Change Your Plan: Go to Account Settings > Package, click Update, select your desired plan, and click Confirm. The changes are instant.

Important: Please be aware that changing your plan during the trial will not extend or alter the original end date of your trial period.

For Paid Subscribers

When you change your paid plan, all adjustments—for both upgrades and downgrades—take effect immediately.

Upgrading Your Plan

An upgrade includes switching to a more expensive plan, a higher traffic limit, or from a monthly to an annual cycle.

Navigate to Account Settings > Package and click the Update button next to your domain.

Select the new, higher-tier plan or traffic limit.

On the confirmation page, choose your payment method (a saved card or a new one).

Review the one-time, prorated charge for the upgrade.

Confirm the payment. Upon success, your new, higher-tier plan is activated instantly.

Downgrading Your Plan

A downgrade includes switching to a less expensive plan or a lower traffic limit.

Navigate to Account Settings > Package and click the Update button.

Select the new, lower-tier plan or traffic limit.

A summary will show the account credit you will receive for the unused time on your old plan.

Click Confirm to downgrade.

Your plan is downgraded immediately. See below for how billing and access are handled.

How Billing and Plan Access Are Handled

When You Upgrade: The change is effective immediately. You pay a one-time, prorated amount for the difference, and your new features are available instantly. Your next renewal will be at the new plan's full price.

When You Downgrade: The change is also immediate. The moment you confirm, your plan is switched to the lower tier, and you will lose access to the higher-tier features. We will automatically calculate the unused, prepaid portion of your old plan and apply it as a credit to your account balance. This credit will be used to pay for future invoices. Your next renewal will be at the new, lower rate.
