Understanding and Updating Your Domain Package Information

The Package Information section of your account provides details about the service plans active on your domains and allows you to make changes.

Accessing Your Package Information
Log in to your account.
Go to Account Settings.
Click on Package in the left-hand menu.
What You See Under Package Information

On the main Package Information screen, you will see a table listing your domains. For each domain, the following details are displayed:

Domain: The specific domain name.
Domain Plan: The name of the current service plan you have for that domain (e.g., Starter, Protection).
Traffic Type: The amount or type of traffic included with your plan (e.g., 10K, 50K, 100K).
Card Information: A partially masked view of the payment card linked to this domain's package.
Update Button: A button that allows you to proceed to manage the package for that particular domain.

What You Can Do After Clicking Update?
When you click the Update button for a specific domain's package, you are taken to a new page where you can manage your plan and subscription. On this screen, you can:

Change Your Package Plan: View and select from different available service plans.
Adjust Traffic Limits: Choose a different traffic volume for your selected plan.
Select Billing Cycle: Switch between monthly and annual billing options.
Apply Coupon Codes: Enter and apply promotional codes.
Confirm Changes: Use an "Update Package" or similar button to finalize your plan selection.
Cancel Your Subscription: Find and select an option to cancel the service for that domain's package.
