Navigate to Account Settings from the main menu.
Click on the Package tab to see your current subscription details.
Press the Update Package button to view all available plans.
Your current plan will be highlighted. Select your desired new plan (e.g., Starter or Protection).
Click the Update Package button corresponding to your new choice and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Your new plan features will be available immediately. Your billing will be adjusted on the next cycle.
Go to Account Settings > Package.
Click Update Package.
Choose your new plan from the list.
Click Update Package again to confirm.

Modifying Your Plan
Users can modify their subscription level at any time through the account portal. The process for upgrading or downgrading your plan is as follows:
Access Account Settings: Log in to your account and locate the "Account Settings" section in the primary navigation menu.
View Package Information: Within Account Settings, select the "Package" option. This page displays the details of your current subscription.
Initiate Change: Click the "Update Package" button to proceed to the plan selection screen.
Select a New Plan: You will be presented with all available subscription tiers. Review the features and pricing, then select the plan you wish to switch to.
Confirm Selection: Finalize the process by clicking the "Update Package" button associated with your new plan choice and completing any subsequent confirmation steps.
Upon confirmation, your account will be updated to the newly selected plan. Billing adjustments will be applied in accordance with our terms of service.
