Changing Your Plan:
You can easily modify your package (e.g., switch between 'Detection'/'Protection' or adjust traffic limits) via Account Settings > Package. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Cancelling Your Plan:
For your safety and account security, to cancel your subscription, you must send a cancellation request to our support team at support@clicksambo.com. Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period, then access ceases. Note that refunds for unused periods are generally not offered once processed.
