Upgrades and Downgrades take effect immediately. You'll get instant access to the new features with a single, pro-rated charge for the current billing period.
For your account's security, please send your cancellation request to our support team at support@clicksambo.com. Your subscription will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period, at which point it will be cancelled and will not renew. We do not offer refunds for any remaining portion of a billing period.
