How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your ClickSambo subscription for one or more domains, please send a formal request to our support team via email.

Step 1: Send Your Cancellation Request

Compose an email to support@clicksambo.com with your request. To help us process it quickly and accurately, please include the following information in your message:

Full Name: The name of the account holder.

Account Email: The email address associated with your ClickSambo account.

Specific Domain(s): The domain name(s) for which you wish to cancel the subscription.

Reason for Canceling (Optional): Your feedback is valuable to us, but providing a reason is not required.

Step 2: Await Confirmation

Our support team will handle your request and send a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for the process to be completed.
