This guide provides step-by-step instructions for updating your password, phone number, and email address.
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Account Settings and select the Profile Information tab.
For your account's security, phone number updates are handled directly by our support team.
To change the phone number associated with your account, please send an email with your request to:
support@clicksambo.com
To ensure a quick and secure update, please send the request from the email address registered with your ClickSambo account.
Locate the Update Phone Number section.
Enter your new phone number in the provided field.
Click the Update button next to it.
Follow any on-screen prompts to verify your new number, such as entering a code sent via SMS.
Locate the Update Email Address section.
Enter your new email address.
Click the Update button.
Check the inbox of your new email address for a verification message and click the confirmation link to finalize the change.
Note: For your security, changes to your email or phone number require verification before they take effect.
