As a Data Controller: When we collect your personal information to create and manage your ClickSambo account (e.g., your name, email, billing info), we act as the Data Controller. This is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Core Privacy & Compliance Commitments

No PII for Fraud Detection: Our fraud detection service works by analyzing anonymous technical signals (like IP addresses, device fingerprints, and browser types). We do not require, collect, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like names or user emails from your website visitors to protect your campaigns.

Formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA): We provide all clients with a comprehensive DPA. This legally binding contract, required by GDPR, ensures we only process your data for the agreed-upon purpose of fraud detection and outlines all our security, confidentiality, and data handling responsibilities.

Robust Security and Safeguards: All data is protected with industry-standard technical and organizational security measures.
